Scope: Processing of client, contractor, and supplier personal data under Art. 13 GDPR

1. Purposes and Processing Methods

Data provided is processed via manual and electronic means strictly for the execution of freight handling, railway terminal logistics, warehouse operations, and related statutory billing and tax obligations.

2. Mandatory Nature of Provision

Providing business and contractual data is mandatory to deliver our services. Refusal makes it impossible to enter into or continue commercial relations.

3. Retention & Data Subject Rights

Data is stored for the duration of the contract and for 10 years thereafter in compliance with Italian statutory retention requirements (Art. 2220 Civil Code). Data subjects may exercise their GDPR rights (Arts. 15-22) by contacting coopvolsass@tin.it.
